2. Services Provided
Cannabis Africa operates as a wholesale distributor of cannabis-related products. Our services include the supply and distribution of a variety of cannabis-related goods to registered members of the company. These products may include but are not limited to cannabis strains, seeds, extracts, and related accessories.
3. Membership and Registration
To access and utilize the Services offered by Cannabis Africa, individuals or entities must become registered members. Registration requires providing accurate and current information, and you agree to update your information promptly to keep it accurate and complete. Membership is subject to approval by Cannabis Africa.
4. Eligibility
By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you are capable of entering into a legal contract. Individuals under the legal age of majority are not permitted to use our Services.
5. Product Availability and Pricing
Cannabis Africa aims to provide accurate product information, including availability and pricing. However, we do not guarantee the availability of any product, and pricing may be subject to change without notice. Cannabis Africa reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
6. Orders and Payment
Placing an order on Cannabis Africa’s platform constitutes an offer to purchase the products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Cannabis Africa. Payment must be made in full before products are shipped. We accept various payment methods, and details can be found on our payment page.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Cannabis Africa will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of products. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier issues, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the order.

Terms and Conditions for growers and manufactures.
Welcome to Cannabis Africa! By participating in our network as a grower, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
- Sample Submission:
- Growers must initially present a sample of the product, weighing between 2-3 grams for flower/bud or 1-2 grams for extractions/distillates.
- Growers are responsible for both packaging and transporting the sample.
- Packaging Requirements:
- Samples must be neatly packaged with clearly visible product information.
- The package must include a label with relevant details for each strain, including strain name, seed bank, growth/manufacturing environment, harvest date, packaging date, and total sample weight.
- Indicate whether the flower or product has undergone testing, specifying the tests conducted on the provided information sheet.
- Approval and Delivery:
- If sampling is approved, growers will be contacted to discuss the cost price and delivery date for bulk products.
- Growers must communicate a specific date and time for order delivery, and no products will be accepted without prior arrangements with management.
- Delivery Information Sheet:
- A separate information sheet must be filled out and presented on the delivery day.
- Growers are responsible for making copies for future use.
- Bulk Order Requirements:
- Product information must be clearly visible on bulk orders, including strain name, seed bank, growth/manufacturing environment, harvest date, packaging date, and product weight.
- Orders containing flower must undergo a Bud-Wash process for outdoor-grown products and well-trimmed flower with moisture content between 40-60%.
- Rejected stock will be returned to the grower/manufacturer.
- Quality Control:
- Growers must ensure minimal to no seeds in greenhouse and indoor flower.
- Bulk orders must be discreetly packaged during transport.
- The HUB will conduct a final weigh-in and remove unwanted flower/product, compensating the grower for the final weight.
- Confidentiality:
- To protect grower safety and privacy, remain anonymous in the presence of Club Members and the public.
- Sharing growing information and operating procedures will result in the termination of the agreement.
